“My mind won’t stop.”
Finding it difficult to disengage from racing thoughts, constant worry, intrusive thoughts, obsessive loops, reassurance-seeking, checking, rumination, or compulsive patterns.
Warm, practical, evidence-based care for adults seeking more steadiness, clarity, and flexibility in daily life.

Finding it difficult to disengage from racing thoughts, constant worry, intrusive thoughts, obsessive loops, reassurance-seeking, checking, rumination, or compulsive patterns.
Navigating intense self-criticism, perfectionism, and the feeling of never being enough.
Breaking free from patterns, coping cycles, and past experiences that continue to affect your present peace.
OCD and anxiety often respond best to practical, evidence-based tools — including CBT, mindfulness, ACT, and exposure-based strategies when appropriate. Therapy is collaborative and tailored to your needs. Some sessions may focus on reflection and insight, while others are more practical and skills-based. We may explore patterns, build coping tools, clarify values, and practice responding to difficult thoughts and emotions in healthier ways.
